Privacy Practices Overview

At Strength and Renewal Mental Health Therapy, your privacy is extremely important to us. This Notice of Privacy Practices explains how your health information may be used and shared, your rights regarding your information, and our legal obligations to protect it.
We follow both federal HIPAA laws and state-specific laws in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida, which offer additional protections for mental health and substance use records.
We do not maintain separate psychotherapy notes as defined by HIPAA and we do not participate in a hospital directory.
